Statement on the Anti-Discrimination Policy pursued
Introduction
Discrimination means making a distinction between people or groups (unequal treatment, discrimination) on the basis of characteristics that are not relevant in a given situation.
PrismaWorx Uitzend BV strives for a work environment in which everyone feels respected and valued. Discrimination based on religion, belief, political persuasion, race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or chronic illness, age, working hours, permanent or temporary contract, leave based on the Work and Care Act or any other grounds is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

The aim of the policy is to promote an inclusive and safe working environment in which all employees have equal opportunities and feel free to be themselves.

Equal opportunities
PrismaWorx Uitzend BV offers equal opportunities to all employees and applicants. Decisions on recruitment, promotion, training and all other employment conditions are made solely on the basis of qualifications, skills and performance, thus preventing discrimination as defined above.
Respectful interaction
All employees must treat each other with respect and dignity. Discrimination as described above and resulting behavior such as bullying, intimidation and other forms of undesirable behavior will not be tolerated.
Complaints procedure
Employees who believe that they are being discriminated against can file a complaint verbally or in writing with the HR department employee(s) designated by management. All complaints will be treated confidentially and thoroughly investigated. The employee who filed a complaint will receive at least an initial response within seven days of filing the complaint.Training and awareness
PrismaWorx Uitzend BV organizes sufficient training courses and workshops to increase awareness of discrimination and inclusion.Responsibility
All employees, including supervisors, are responsible for adhering to the policies outlined in this document. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.Group companies
PrismaWorx Uitzend BV is part of Moonen Group of Companies. Where employees of other companies perform functions that affect employees of PrismaWorx Uitzend BV, the aforementioned employees are considered employees of PrismaWorx Uitzend BV, solely and exclusively within the framework of the anti-discrimination policy described in this document.
